Job Description

Start date: as of now

Duration: 6 months

Working hours: 37.5 hours p. week

What you can expect:
• Growth strategies: You will act to grow by supporting us in analyzing the business development and planning of our subsidiaries across all countries and channels. Together, we\’ll navigate through all organizations to uncover insights that drive our growth strategies forward.

• KPI\’s: In this role, you will analyze central steering KPIs such as Sales, Result, Cash Flow and support the team in being the central point of contact for the overall business development of the group.
• Planning: You will be involved in strategic planning initiatives, where we constantly question the status quo while focusing on those levers which drive our business.

• Reporting: You will help prepare documents for external reporting, including the annual report, quarterly financial reports, and shareholder information.
• Communication: Clear language and attention to detail are key as we communicate our progress to stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Education: You have been successfully studying business administration for at least three semesters and are majoring in controlling, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Skillset: Your analytical and conceptual skills are top-notch, enabling you to navigate all channels of data effectively.
• Personality: You possess the energy and focus to work independently, yet you thrive in collaborative environments, reflecting our belief that all of us are stronger together.

• Mindset: A high level of personal motivation drives you, complemented by your strong interpersonal skills.

• Digital: Proficiency in MS Office.

• Language skills: Clear command of English is a must, knowledge of German language is a plus.
