Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Branding & Campaign Management, you will assist shaping our branding strategies and enhancing our company\’s reputation on the market.
Your tasks will include:
- Support marketing manager in campaign planning, implementation, and analysis for various countries
- Assist in reporting on campaign performance and weekly activities
- Conduct frequent competitor comparisons
- Coordinate with external cooperation partners and METRO internal stakeholders
- Provide support with ad hoc tasks
Profil
- Currently enrolled as a student at a university, preferably within Marketing, Employer Branding, Human Resources or similar
- Strong passion for employer branding and genuine interest in talent acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic knowledge of analytics tools
- Fluent in English & German plus any additional language like French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese is beneficial
