Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end planning across Metro/makro countries, shaping the planning strategy and driving forecast accuracy, availability, and stock. You will serve as the single point of contact to standardize processes, roll out IT solutions, and foster an international planning community. You’ll harness AI tools to boost productivity and knowledge management while staying ahead of market trends. This position offers global impact within a collaborative, growth‑minded organization.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and steer the E2E Planning strategy across multiple countries
- Lead rollout of standard planning processes and IT solutions with suppliers
- Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, availability, and stock levels
- Develop and share planning best practices across countries and teams
- Manage planning tools development and adoption; enable innovation and market best practices
- Foster an international planning community and cross-country knowledge sharing
- Leverage generative AI tools to enhance productivity, training content, and communications
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of hands-on experience
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related
- Experience with RELEX and BLUE YONDER planning solutions
- Solid understanding of international trade and supply chain processes
- Proven planning skills in challenging situations
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience with analytics/reporting tools (Google Analytics or Looker Studio)
