What you'll do
Lead end‑to‑end project execution in minerals grinding, including planning, coordination and delivery.
Serve as the primary contact for clients and maintain professional, trust-based relationships.
Take commercial responsibility for project budgets, gross margin and cost control.
Ensure full HSE compliance throughout all project phases.
Define and manage project scope, interfaces and change processes.
Coordinate financials, schedules, procurement activities, construction tasks and resources.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate with Contracts, Construction and Procurement.
Identify, assess and manage project risks; provide structured reporting to stakeholders.
Who you are
Profound experience of EPC/M project management experience in mining and minerals processing.
Experience delivering complex technical projects in international environments.
Skilled in coordinating diverse internal and external stakeholders in a matrix organization.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured approach to execution.
Professional communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Confident user of SAP, Enovia, MS Office and AutoCAD or comparable tools.
Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and guiding change processes.
High level of ownership, reliability and the ability to work independently.
