h3Our Opening and Your Responsibilities /h3pFor our Laboratory Weighing (LabTec) division, which is the world's leading manufacturer of laboratory balances, we are looking for the Greifensee location, METTLER TOLEDO's global operational headquarters, for an enthusiastic bSenior Software Technical Product Owner /b 100% (all genders). /ppIn this role, your key responsibilities will include: /pulliOwn and prioritize the software product backlog based on customer value, business needs, technical feasibility, quality, and risk. /liliTranslate product goals and customer needs into clear development priorities, backlog items, and acceptance criteria. /liliAlign Product Management, Requirements Engineering, Architecture, Development, UX, and Testing. /liliBalance short-term product needs with long-term platform sustainability, reuse, and scalability. /liliGuide architecture-informed product decisions and prioritize technical enablers and technical debt. /liliMaintain consistent technical understanding and implementation expectations across software teams in Switzerland and China. /liliIntegrate quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements into product decisions. /liliDrive delivery planning, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication across software development activities. /li /ulh3What You Need to Succeed /h3pIn this role, you will need to fulfill the following requirements to succeed: /pulliYou have a higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline. /liliYou bring a minimum of 5 years of work experience in software-intensive industrial instruments, with solid understanding of embedded software and software-hardware integration. /liliProven experience as Technical Product Owner, Software Product Owner, Software Architect, Technical Lead, Technical Product Manager, or similar role with experience working with global and cross-functional matrix organization.
