For our client, an international investment company, we are looking for a Global Head of IT (m/f) 100% to work in Cyprus (preferred) or in one of the Group’s offices (London, Switzerland), with relocation options available. About the Role: This role is focused on building and leading the Group’s global IT function across multiple jurisdictions. You will drive automation and AI adoption, ensure secure and reliable IT operations, and align technology with the company’s strategic goals. Your responsibilities:Define and implement global IT strategy and target architecture (ERP, Data Systems, Client Platforms). Lead process automation and AI-driven solutions for reporting, compliance (KYC/AML), and client services. Oversee mission-critical operational platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery. Drive cybersecurity and compliance (ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR, FCA, CySEC, FINMA, etc.). Manage IT vendors, outsourcing partners, and optimize IT costs. Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Compliance to align IT with business needs. Build and lead a global IT team, fostering innovation and accountability.Your profile:10–15+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership. Strong background in financial services (Wealth/Asset Management, banking, fintech). Proven expertise in ERP/Data Systems, automation, and API integrations. Experience with regulators and successful IT audits. Deep knowledge of hybrid infrastructures and international security standards. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; certifications (ITIL, CISSP, PMP, ISO27001) are a plus. Fluency in English (mandatory), Russian is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
