We are looking for a candidate to join the procurement department as soon as possible. The responsibilities include:

• Professional leadership of procurement within assigned projects, including cost optimization, supplier management, and material availability
• Planning all procurement activities required for the project and coordinating an interdisciplinary team
• Ensuring procurement-related project objectives by early identification of risks and opportunities and targeted management of relevant actions
• Supporting project controlling and conducting regular coordination with the project team to ensure maximum alignment with procurement targets
• Continuous monitoring of project progress and proactive management to meet time, cost, and quality objectives
• Initiating and ensuring quality assurance measures to secure sustainable project success
• Coordinating cross-team collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth and demand-oriented project execution

Your profile:

• A completed degree in technical or commercial fields
• Relevant professional experience in project business, ideally in the maritime industry
• IPMA certification is an advantage
• Strategic and structured approach to work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment and engagement
