Your daily business
- Supporting the hotel manager in the management and organization of all departments and employees
- Assisting with day-to-day operations and processing group inquiries and reservations
- Supporting the Hotel Manager in recruiting new employees and ensuring the induction and development process
- Induction and training of new employees, including ensuring an efficient and sustainable onboarding process
- Promoting the brand image by adhering to all Hilton brand and service standards
- Developing and implementing in-house sales & marketing strategies

Our Expectation
- Relevant professional experience in the hotel industry with a focus on front office / rooms, preferably in the city hotel industry
- First operational management experience
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of common hotel software
- Good IT skills with a focus on MS Office (MS Excel)
- Leadership personality who knows how to inspire, motivate and make a difference
