Assist the team in monitoring progress to meet target delivery date:
- Assist the team in monitoring production schedule and liaise with relevant parties to ensure a smooth process.
Liaises with relevant internal teams to determine customer requirements:
- Interacts with Purchasing when required to resolve delivery issues.
Ensures the execution of planning objectives and interfaces with purchasing, logistics, and receiving in order to fully coordinate customer shipments:
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on-time full closure.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate is currently pursuing at least a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/Logistics or other related fields.
- Duration of internship with a minimum period of 20 weeks or 5 months is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
