Your mission You ensure that our international customers achieve long-term success with MIC by taking ownership of customer relationships, managing programs and coordinating projects, and acting as the central link between customers and internal teams across the entire customer journey.
Proactive management and strategic development of existing customer relationships
Managing customer programs and coordinating multiple customer projects
Building strategic long-term partnerships with international customers
Conducting service reviews as well as customer steering and management meetings
Acting as the primary contact for escalations and coordinating structured internal resolution
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Product Owners, Product Streams)
Active ownership of budget management as well as execution and monitoring of billing and invoicing processes
Your skills and qualifications
Completed education in business, IT or a related field and experience in project or program management, ideally in an IT or software environment
Strong communication skills and a structured, hands‑on working style
Good technical understanding (e.g. databases & software environments)
Proficient in English & German (written & spoken)
Team player with a learning mindset

Compensation We are legally obliged to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 56.000,- gross/year on a fulltime base. We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
