Your mission
As a Lead Software Engineer in our product development, it is your mission to continuously improve an environment where all team members feel valued, safe, and motivated to grow and develop their strengths. You lead by example and are continuously working on the betterment of the whole team.
- Aside from implementing new features, you put an emphasis on the support and empowerment of your developer colleagues to reach their full potential.
- You foster a productive environment where people feel motivated to collaborate, improve, and drive innovation.
- Our Lead Software Developers are constantly working on the betterment of the whole team and the development environment.
- You coach, mentor, and support all of your team members towards setting up and reaching their goals.
Your skills and qualifications
- Great people skills to understand your colleagues\‘ issues and support them towards achieving their goals.
- Very good Java and Database skills (preferably Oracle).
- Good skills in software design and architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, Gitlab-CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Proficient in English (written & spoken).
- Completed education in IT and several years of relevant working experience in Software Engineering.

Compensation
We are legally required to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 63,700 gross/year (38.5 hours/week, no All-in contracts) plus an employee bonus and numerous other benefits. Of course, we are adapting the compensation according to your experience and qualifications.
