You take responsibility in day-to-day operations, support your team with your know-how, and actively contribute to the further development of our logistics processes.
What you achieve
- You pick customer orders on time and ensure the correct quantity, quality, and compliance with expiry date requirements - You set up the order picking systems, manage the line, and ensure a smooth workflow in daily operations - You work with SAP, scanner and logistics systems, check orders, and verify batches and labels - You conduct stock checks and inventories, document discrepancies, and report malfunctions to the responsible departments - You support process optimisations, train employees, and actively participate in the implementation of new processes and systems
What you bring
- Education: Completed basic or further training - Field: Logistics or a similar discipline - Professional experience: Several years of experience in order picking - You have experience in logistics or order picking, ideally in a production environment - You work confidently with scanners, digital systems, and ideally have SAP knowledge - You have a strong awareness of quality and hygiene as well as a good understanding of processes - You work reliably, independently, and precisely and take responsibility for your area of work - You are flexible, resilient, and appreciate working in a committed team - German (C1)
