Your mission
You open doors in markets where no one knows MICE DESK yet — in the market’s own language and with a feel for its quirks. We expand step by step: UK first, then BeNeLux and beyond. You are the local voice, not the call from abroad.
- You run outbound in the target market’s language and build real access to it.
- You build market and network knowledge in the target market and become our ear on the ground.
- You qualify prospects and schedule demos.
- You support demo prep with local language and cultural knowledge.
- You handle international inbound leads outside the core markets.
- You document market feedback, competitor insight, and reference potential.
Your profile
- Native or near-native command of one of our current target-market languages — currently including Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, an Eastern European language, or English. Very good English as our common working language is a given.
- Hunter mentality with cross-cultural instinct: curious, independent, driven, and trust‑building. For this role, that matters most.
- Ideally one of two backgrounds: either hospitality experience with the industry's systems (PMS, CRM, booking and event tools) or sales experience in enterprise SaaS. The ideal profile combines both — sales at a hospitality‑tech company. If you lack the background, win us over with grit and learning speed: we’ll teach you the hotel vocabulary, not the hunting.
- A working understanding of SaaS, CRM, and automation.
- You enjoy opening doors in new markets where no one knows you yet.
- Willingness to travel depending on the market phase is a plus.
Nice to have, not required: An existing network in the target market. Experience in outbound/SDR.

- Case study or technical study, depending on the role — a real problem from our day‑to‑day that we work through together.
