Artificial Intelligence Engineer in Zürich

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement modern AI solutions and LLM-based applications.
• Fine-tune and optimise AI models for specific business use cases.
• Build RAG systems, AI agents and generative AI applications.
• Work with Python, PyTorch and Hugging Face.
• Evaluate emerging models and technologies and continuously improve existing solutions.
• Integrate, deploy and scale AI applications in production environments.

Your profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience developing AI or machine learning solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning , ideally using LoRA, QLoRA or PEFT.
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch and Hugging Face.
• Experience with Generative AI, RAG or integrating AI models into existing systems.
• Analytical mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent English; German is not required.
