Our client is seeking an IT Consultant Dynamics 365 F&O
Location: Steinhausen with the opportunity to work two days from home
Day to day tasks:
- Introduction of the group ERP system Microsoft Dynamics F&O in the logistics area
- Conducting business analyses, recording functional requirements and process mapping in the areas of logistics, production
- Sub-project manager for the roll-out of the group ERP system and the auxiliary systems
- Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners
- Training and consulting of key users
- Coordination of tests for the release changes together with the key users
- 2nd and 3rd level support for user-related inquiries and incidents in the D365 area
- Documentation in Confluence
- Maintenance of authorization roles
Skills and requirements:
- Several years of experience as a consultant of Dynamics F&O or Dynamics SCM or Dynamics AX
- Experience as a sub-project manager in the implementation and rollout of D365
- Experience in the industrial environment in process analysis, process design and requirements engineering
- Knowledge in LCS, DevOps
- Willingness to document concepts, processes and current situations
- High customer and service orientation
- Interested in Microsoft cloud products
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% (production sites in Switzerland and Europe)
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
