Wholesale Coordinator, Store Development EMEA Job Summary
Michael Kors seeks a dedicated Wholesale Coordinator to support Capri brand store development across all retail channels. Key Responsibilities
Assist the store design process from initial site survey through store opening. Manage the store development process for the entire project duration. Coordinate EMEA shop‑in‑shops projects across the wholesale network for all Capri brands. Gather and transmit initial project information to store design teams. Onboard and coordinate project consultants. Develop and update preliminary project timing and budget. Facilitate project approvals with brands and landlords. Coordinate permit applications and approvals. Support project procurement and tender processes for general contractors and millworkers, including cost comparisons. Facilitate construction coordination. Monitor construction execution, ensuring quality and details are respected during completion and handover. Follow up on snagging and additional business requests. Close out project finances. Required Qualifications
Minimum 1year of experience in a similar store design or development role, preferably in fashion retail or an architectural office. Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or a related field (required). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (required). Photoshop and InDesign proficiency preferred. Ability to travel. Excellent proficiency in English; EU languages and Italian preferred. Desired Skills & Attributes
