Aufgabengebiet
- Support the coordination and execution of end-to-end payroll processes across EMEA
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Review, reconcile, and consolidate payroll-relevant data
- Support employees and internal stakeholders with payroll-related inquiries
- Work with integrated Payroll and HR systems and ensure accurate data processing
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other international stakeholders
- Support payroll-related reporting, reconciliations, and controls
- Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing payroll processes and systems
- Assist with internal and external audits
Anforderungsprofil
- Completed university degree, vocational training, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in payroll
- Payroll experience within EMEA countries is highly desirable, German payroll experience is not required
- Experience working with integrated Payroll and HR systems
- SAP, DATEV, or experience with comparable systems is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and payroll-related processes
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, service-oriented working style
- Fluent English
- German is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus
