Description Promote and maintain a strong quality culture with a "Right First Time" mindset across all project phases. Support the Project Quality Manager in the implementation and execution of quality processes and standards. Ensure compliance with project-specific quality management systems and procedures. Provide training and guidance to internal teams and subcontractors on quality requirements and digital quality tools. Investigate non-conformities, quality deviations, and defects, while coordinating corrective and preventive actions. Conduct quality inspections, audits, and field assessments throughout project execution. Monitor and verify compliance with Inspection is considered a strong advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and common project management/document control systems. Entrepreneurial and delivery-focused mindset with the drive to take ownership, solve problems proactively, and go the extra mile when required in high-paced project environments.
