About Our Client Our client is a well established and fast growing company based in Zürich.
To support their sustained growth plans we are looking for an experienced and strong researcher/sourcer to join their executive TA team asap for at least 6 months (longer outlook) with a focus on a broad range of corporate functions.
Job Description Conduct executive search research across functions, sectors and international markets.
Deliver talent mapping, competitor analysis and market intelligence to support leadership hiring.
Identify, assess and engage senior-level and executive talent through direct search methodologies.
Build and maintain leadership talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Produce market mapping reports, candidate insights and talent intelligence summaries.
Support search strategy development through research-driven recommendations and market data.
Monitor talent movements, industry trends and competitor activity.
Partner with stakeholders to refine target profiles and identify relevant talent pools.
Maintain accurate candidate and market intelligence data within internal systems.
The Successful Applicant Experience within Executive Search, Executive Research, Talent Intelligence or leadership hiring environments.
Strong track record in talent mapping, market research, sourcing and executive-level candidate identification.
Passionate researcher and proactive sourcer with the ability to identify and engage passive talent.
Agile recruitment generalist capable of supporting a broad range of corporate and business function searches.
Experience supporting senior leadership or executive search assignments; executive search exposure is highly desirable.
Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly understand new markets, functions and talent landscapes.
Data-driven approach to sourcing, using market intelligence, pipeline metrics and talent insights to shape search strategies.
Excellent analytical, research and information-gathering capabilities.
Confident communicator with strong candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.
Able to represent the organisation professionally when engaging senior-level and executive talent.
Structured, resilient and resourceful, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English is required; German and/or French would be advantageous.
