ASAP: Financial Analyst - Controlling & Reporting (m/w/d)

Our client is a leading international organisation operating in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. To support a key finance function, due to an unexpected absence, we are looking for an experienced professional who can start immediately (ideal start still in Sept or early Oct) and contribute to both operational reporting and strategic financial planning activities. Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities across multiple entities Prepare and analyse management reports, forecasts and financial performance metrics Conduct detailed variance analysis against budget and forecast, providing actionable insights Maintain accurate cost centre reporting and monitor departmental spending Act as a finance business partner to various corporate functions Support annual budgeting, financial planning and forecasting processes Consolidate budgets, reporting packages and presentation materials for management Assist with CAPEX planning, cost allocation reviews and financial modelling Collaborate with accounting, treasury, tax, payroll and other finance teams Deliver ad hoc financial analyses, reports and special projects The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline Several years of experience in controlling, accounting or financial planning & analysis Strong understanding of month-end closing, budgeting and management reporting processes Experience working within an international or multinational environment Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent) is advantageous Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills Experience with ERP systems; consolidation or reporting tools are beneficial (HFM experience is a plus) Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities Effective stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent English is required What's on Offer
