Job Description
Managing general office administration and ensuring smooth daily operations
Ordering kitchen supplies, groceries, office supplies, and other office necessities
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, and document management
Acting as the primary contact person for the landlord and coordinating with the cleaning company
Supporting the organization of team lunches, office events, and occasional internal activities
Liaising with colleagues and external contacts, including international team members
Maintaining a tidy, welcoming, and well‑functioning office environment
Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team as required
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience in an administrative, office support, reception, or assistant role is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands‑on approach
A reliable, detail-oriented, and service-minded personality
Excellent communication skills and a positive, easy-going attitude
Fluency in English is essential due to the international environment
German is a strong asset, but not a requirement
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and common office tools
