Responsibilities
Analyze HR financial and workforce cost data to support budgeting Prepare reports and insights to monitor HR spending, identify trends Manage, consolidate, validate, and analyze HR budget and forecast data across the organization. Produce regular financial reports, dashboards, and insights to support HR leadership and business stakeholders. Support workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. Partner closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting. Assist in monitoring HR-related operational costs and identifying opportunities for optimization. Support vendor financial management processes, including budget tracking, invoicing oversight, spend analysis, and contract-related reporting. Contribute to the successful implementation and adoption of new HR, workforce management, and financial systems. Gather business requirements, document processes, and support change management initiatives. Improve data quality, reporting automation, and financial governance practices. Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and project teams during system implementation initiatives. About Our Client

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, HR Finance, Workforce Analytics, or Cost Management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with HRIS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, Oracle) is an advantage. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment. What's on Offer
