Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments across the bank and is ideally suited to a proactive, service-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to Relationship Managers in the management of client relationships.
- Handle client requests and inquiries professionally, efficiently, and independently.
- Prepare, maintain, and update client files and KYC documentation.
- Coordinate account opening, maintenance, and closure processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support periodic client reviews and ongoing due diligence processes.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of client data across internal systems and applications.
- Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up with clients when required.
- Act as part of the first line of defense by identifying and escalating potential risks and compliance concerns.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Compliance, Operations, Payments, and Risk Management.
- Participate in departmental initiatives, projects, and process improvement activities.
- The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will support Relationship Managers in the day-to-day servicing of commercial and private clients, ensuring an outstanding client experience while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Banking apprenticeship (EFZ), vocational baccalaureate, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in banking is required, ideally within Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Client Coverage, or another client-facing banking environment.
- Experience supporting Relationship Managers and handling client onboarding and KYC documentation is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Strong client service orientation and professional communication skills.
- Good understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Additional Requirements
- Valid Swiss work permit or authorization to work in Switzerland.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
