ph3Overview /h3 ul liSupport its Conference Team in delivering high-quality services for meetings /li liEnsuring smooth logistical and technical operations /li /ul h3About Our Client /h3 pOur client is an international organisation. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liConfigure, update, and maintain event sessions within the organization's mobile conference application, ensuring accuracy, usability, and positive participant experience. Monitor feedback and resolve user issues. /li liProvide administrator‑level support for virtual and hybrid meetings, coordinating with technical teams to resolve real‑time platform, connectivity, and access issues. /li liPrepare, monitor, and validate live‑streaming sessions, ensuring high‑quality delivery of live and recorded content through webcasting tools. /li liTrack digital trends and support business transformation initiatives by identifying improvements to conference technologies, workflows, and participant experience. /li liAssist in preparing and restoring meeting rooms and conference spaces, ensuring all required AV and technical infrastructure is operational before events. /li liProvide general support for meetings and events and perform additional duties as assigned. /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 ul liMinimum b3 years of experience /b supporting or organizing hybrid conferences or meetings in an international context. /li liStrong knowledge of bvirtual meeting technologies /b, including event apps, remote‑participation platforms, streaming systems, and AV tools. /li liAbility to troubleshoot user issues, manage administrator dashboards, and ensure data quality within digital event platforms. /li liUnderstanding of bUX best practices /b and ability to interpret user analytics to improve engagement. /li liExcellent organizational abilities; able to work accurately under pressure and tight deadlines. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams. /li liProactive mindset toward adopting new technologies and contributing to operational improvements. /li liExcellent written and spoken English; working knowledge of an additional UN language is desirable. /li liHigh customer‑service orientation, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work independently, including during long conference hours. /li /ul h3What’s on Offer /h3 p2 days of home office. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
