The role focuses on transforming operational data into trusted analytical datasets, dashboards, and reusable data assets that enable self‑service reporting and data‑driven decision‑making. This position also contributes to business data modelling, KPI definition, and the creation of reporting solutions that establish a single source of truth across the organisation. The specialist works closely with business teams and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, governed, and AI‑ready analytical assets aligned with the organisation's data strategy. /p h3Data Analytics Platform Design /h3 ul liDesign and maintain the analytics architecture of the enterprise data platform. /li liStructure analytical datasets in Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW). /li liBuild and maintain semantic data models supporting dashboards and reporting tools. /li liEnsure analytical solutions provide a unified, authoritative view of business data. /li /ul h3Business Data Modelling /h3 ul liDefine and structure core business entities and their relationships. /li liDevelop data models supporting consistent KPI definitions across reporting tools. /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders to validate logic and metrics. /li /ul h3Dashboard Analytics Development /h3 ul liDesign and deliver interactive dashboards using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Microsoft Power BI. /li liDevelop standardised dashboards for key organisational use cases. /li liCreate reusable datasets, visualisations, and dashboard templates. /li liEnsure dashboards are intuitive, reliable, and aligned with business needs. /li /ul h3Self‑Service Reporting Enablement /h3 ul liEnable business units to build and customise their own dashboards through self‑service BI features. /li liDevelop shared datasets and semantic layers accessible to business users. /li liMaintain a library of BI templates and curated reporting datasets. /li liProvide training and support to promote effective use of analytics tools. /li /ul h3Data Quality Governance /h3 ul liImplement processes ensuring data quality, reliability, and consistency. /li liMonitor data quality metrics and identify anomalies. /liliMaintain business definitions and metadata using a business glossary and data catalog. /li liEnsure accurate data lineage and documentation across analytical datasets. /li liSupport compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR). /li /ul h3Data Integration for Analytics /h3 ul liCollaborate with IT teams to integrate data from multiple enterprise systems. /li liSupport ingestion pipelines using OCI Data Integration and Oracle Data Transform. /li liValidate data pipelines to ensure consistent data availability for analytics. /li /ul h3Data Products API Enablement /h3 ul liDevelop reusable analytical datasets consumed by dashboards, APIs, and analytical applications. /li liSupport the development of data APIs through the organisation's API gateway. /li liEnsure APIs and dashboards rely on consistent business definitions. /li /ul h3AI‑Ready Data Foundation /h3 ul liPrepare structured, governed datasets to enable advanced analytics and future AI initiatives. /li liMaintain documentation, metadata, and lineage for AI reliability. /li liCollaborate with data science teams to provide curated datasets for experimentation. /li /ul h3Platform Monitoring Optimisation /h3 ul liMonitor analytics workloads in OAC and ADW. /li liOptimise queries, datasets, and dashboards for performance. /li liSupport operational monitoring using OCI observability tools. /li /ul pbThe Successful Applicant /b /p ul li10+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or analytics engineering. /li li5+ years of experience with Oracle technologies (PL/SQL, SQL, architecture, tuning). /li liStrong expertise in enterprise analytics platform implementations. /li liProven experience working with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs. /li liExperience with cloud‑based data platforms. /li liAdvanced skills in designing semantic models for BI tools. /li liStrong knowledge of data visualisation and dashboard design. /li liHands‑on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). /li liExperience with OCI Data Integration. /li liExperience implementing data catalogs or data governance frameworks. /li liExposure to AI/ML data preparation. /li liKnowledge of API‑based data access and data products. /li liEnglish /li /ul pbWhat's on Offer /b /p pAttractive environment and projects /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
