About Our Client

The client is part of an international organization.

Job Description

  • Process and review routine administrative requests, including amendments, refusals, and file updates.
  • Verify the compliance of received documents in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
  • Draft and send correspondence requesting additional information or corrective actions.
  • Monitor case files, pending requests, and associated payments.
  • Respond to basic information requests by phone and email.
  • Update databases and ensure the accuracy and quality of recorded information.
  • Collaborate with various teams in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the efficient operation of the department.

The Successful Applicant

  • Initial professional experience (0 to 3 years) in administration, customer service, back-office operations, or data processing.
  • Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Spanish would be considered an asset.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable using IT systems and performing data entry tasks.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong service orientation and commitment to confidentiality.
