ph3About Our Client /h3 pOur client is a well-established international organisation with a global footprint and a strong public-interest mission. Operating in a multicultural and collaborative environment, the organisation works with a wide range of stakeholders, suppliers and partners across multiple jurisdictions. As part of an ongoing project, the legal team is seeking additional support to manage a significant volume of procurement and commercial contracts. This assignment offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic legal department and contribute to meaningful international projects. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liReview, draft and negotiate a high volume of procurement-related contracts. /li liSupport the legal team with framework agreements, commercial agreements, call-off arrangements and supplier contracts. /li liIdentify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented recommendations. /li liEnsure contractual documentation aligns with organisational policies and compliance requirements. /li liCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders across procurement, operations and legal teams. /li liProvide day-to-day legal support on commercial and contracting matters. /li liAssist with contract management and contribute to process improvement initiatives where required. /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 ul liQualified lawyer with approximately 3-5 years of relevant legal experience. /li liStrong experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial and procurement contracts. /li liPrevious exposure to procurement, sourcing, vendor management or supplier agreements would be highly advantageous. /li liExperience gained within an international organisation, multinational company or reputable law firm is preferred. /li liExcellent English drafting and communication skills are essential.
