Job Description As a Legal Secretary, your responsibilities will include:
Managing and organizing legal documents and files.
Preparing, proofreading, and formatting legal documents.
Coordinating communications between the various parties involved in legal proceedings.
Organizing meetings, hearings, and travel arrangements for team members.
Maintaining and updating legal databases and archives.
Ensuring clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitoring compliance with deadlines and established procedures.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative and legal processes.
The Successful Applicant As a Legal Secretary, you will have the following qualifications and skills:
A diploma in secretarial studies, administration, or an equivalent qualification.
Excellent command of English (C2 level or ideally native proficiency); French is an asset.
Previous experience in a legal or administrative environment is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
