Lead the deployment and adoption of a new Performance & Growth framework across the organization. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR teams and key business stakeholders. Develop and execute change management and engagement strategies to ensure successful implementation. Create impactful communication, training and adoption plans to support employees and people managers. Design and facilitate leadership workshops, manager enablement sessions and stakeholder forums. Strengthen organizational capability through best-practice approaches to performance, feedback, coaching and development. Monitor implementation progress and recommend actions to drive engagement, consistency and long-term success. The Successful Applicant
Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide Performance Management, Talent Development or Organizational Effectiveness programs. Strong background in Organizational Development, Leadership Development and Learning & Development. Proven track record of partnering with executive leadership teams in complex and matrixed organizations. Experience delivering large-scale HR transformation, culture change or organizational effectiveness initiatives. Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on throughout implementation. Consulting experience gained within a leading advisory firm or large multinational environment would be highly valued. Previous exposure to international FMCG, consumer goods, retail or similarly fast-paced global organizations is a distinct advantage. What's on Offer
