ph3About Our Client /h3 pFor a fast-growing company in Switzerland /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liThe Integration Programme Manager (PMO) supports the Integration Manager. /li liThis role will require travelling on the Swiss territory. /li liProgramme Planning Governance: Develop and maintain detailed integration project plans across all functions aligned with the overall integration roadmap. /li liIntegration Management Office (IMO) Operations: Support the Integration Manager in running the IMO. Ensure alignment between corporate (country) and local (regional or business unit) stakeholders. /li liRisk Issue Management: Identify, document, and escalate integration risks and issues. /li liReporting Continuous Improvement: Track synergy initiatives (cost savings, revenue enhancements, operational efficiencies). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field. /li liFormal project/programme management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred. /li li5-8 years of experience in programme management, PMO, management consulting, operations, or transformation roles. /li liExperience preparing executive-level reporting and governance documentation. /li liAbility to work effectively in multilingual Swiss environments. /li liFluent in English. /li liGerman or French an asset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
