Managing the credit underwriting process in close coordination with the Front Office; Structuring and presenting credit limits for approval by the relevant authorities; Performing ongoing monitoring of Loan-to-Value (LTV) and margin requirements for derivative operations; Managing high-risk credit exposures and perform collateral analysis; Performing daily operational credit-related activities, including data maintenance, reconciliations, documentation follow-up, and processing of credit card and bank guarantee requests; Acting as a trusted advisor to the Front Office by providing credit expertise, including credit structuring, exception management, margin call handling, process documentation and knowledge sharing; Collaborating closely with the Credit Committee, Traders, and Asset Management teams; Validating loan drawdowns, cash transfers and securities transfers; Supporting and dynamizing the team through effective collaboration, communication, and a proactive risk culture and improvement of processes; Supporting internal reporting by developing management statistics, KPIs, and interactive dashboards; Reporting to the Management; Participation in the day-to-day in the office. The Successful Applicant
At least 5 years of proven experience managing and monitoring complex Lombard lending transactions; Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written; Solid experience with derivatives and complex OTC transactions; Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, credit risks and banking services; Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
