Manage and continuously optimise a busy and evolving executive calendar, coordinating internal meetings, external appointments, board-related activities, and key strategic engagements across different regions and time zones. Arrange and oversee detailed international travel plans, including flights, hotel bookings, visa requirements, ground transportation, and contingency measures. Anticipate challenges and ensure travel schedules run smoothly and efficiently. Prepare daily agendas, briefing materials, meeting documentation, and relevant background information to support effective decision‑making. Coordinate executive and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, documentation of key discussions, and follow‑up on action items. Draft, edit, and review sensitive correspondence, presentations, and reports while acting as a central point of contact for executive communications. Support and drive strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives remain aligned with business priorities. Develop strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate efficient collaboration and communication. Oversee administrative activities within the CEO's office, including budget monitoring, process coordination, and cross‑functional support. The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a highly professional and flexible Executive Assistant with extensive experience supporting a CEO within a dynamic international environment. Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification Minimum 8 years of experience supporting C‑suite leaders, ideally at CEO level, within a multinational organization Solid experience managing complex calendars and international travel logistics across multiple regions Outstanding organisational, coordination, and project management capabilities Strong sense of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence Fluent English skills; additional languages would be advantageous Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and modern collaboration tools Highly proactive, flexible, and solution‑focused approach to work What's on Offer
