Overview
In this role you will set up and lead a future-proof HR function in Switzerland, aligning with Group HR strategy while meeting local business and legal needs. You will shape a scalable HR department, establish compliant policies and systems, and support growth across the country. You will partner with senior leadership to implement people plans, drive HR projects, and oversee HR operations including recruitment, talent development, and HR systems. This is a high-visibility position that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-growing retail environment.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Translate Group HR strategy into local policies and ensure effective execution
- Define and drive the Country People Plan with management
- Oversee HR policy framework and compliance across the country
- Manage HR landscape including recruitment, talent management, succession, and development
- Oversee HR systems localization and implementation (e.g., SuccessFactors)
- Support payroll governance and time registration tools in collaboration with payroll
- Monitor HR KPIs to inform decisions and drive performance
- Lead HR projects and change management initiatives
- Provide HR advisory support to senior management on complex cases
- Foster high-performance culture and optimize staffing and capability development
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Business degree and/or HR certification
- At least 10 years HR experience with leadership background
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Retail industry experience
- Experience in fast-growing or scale-up environments a plus
- Strong project management with prioritization and delivery capabilities
- Fluent in English; local languages a plus
- Strategic and operational mindset
- Proactive and highly organized
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)
- Payroll governance understanding
- Time registration and workforce planning tools
