Senior Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager - Geneva

Overview In this role you will lead the design and deployment of an international Enterprise Risk Management framework, shaping governance, risk processes and compliance across a global organization. You will build a cross-functional network of risk stakeholders and drive risk identification, assessment and mitigation with senior visibility. The role combines strategic design with hands-on execution in a transforming, regulatory environment. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Sustainability, Procurement, Security, Technology and Commercial teams to sustain a risk-aware culture and deliver enterprise-wide insights. This is a high-visibility opportunity to build and scale a new ERM capability from a Leistungen / Benefits competitive compensation package including performance-related bonus comprehensive employee benefits attractive pension scheme hybrid working environment limited travel requirements long-term career development opportunities Verantwortungsbereiche Design and implement governance structures, methodologies and processes for regulatory risk management Build and embed new governance structures and risk processes in a newly established function Coordinate a global network of risk stakeholders across regions and business units Facilitate risk identification, assessment and mitigation across diverse risk areas Consolidate risk information into an enterprise-wide view Drive stakeholder engagement and promote a risk-aware culture Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sustainability, Procurement, Security, Technology and Commercial teams Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and support risk responses Define and track key risk indicators and monitor mitigation plans Support governance, certification and sustainability initiatives requiring risk or compliance expertise Partner with international colleagues to ensure consistency and best-practice sharing Zentrale Anforderungen Approximately 8–12 years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance or related advisory environments Strong ERM track record including hands-on design/implementation of risk frameworks At least 5 years direct exposure to risk management methodologies and risk assessments Experience building, implementing or transforming risk management frameworks and governance models Experience in large international and matrix organizations University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory and governance topics Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Ability to navigate complex organizations across multiple functions Strategic thinking with operational execution capabilities Pragmatic, hands-on mindset with collaborative and humble approach Fluent in English; high integrity, curiosity and adaptability stakeholder management influencing collaboration Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) governance models risk assessments
