Overview
In this role you will manage end-to-end HR operations for the Swiss entity and act as the main point of contact for staff and managers. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and compliance with Swiss labour law, contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate records, smooth onboarding, and timely payroll processing. This position offers hybrid work and an opportunity to impact HR services in an international, matrix environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Act as primary HR contact for employees and managers on operational topics
- Manage full employee lifecycle in Switzerland (contracts, onboarding, changes, offboarding)
- Maintain personnel records in HR systems and files
- Support performance management, absence tracking, and employee relations
- Ensure policy compliance with Swiss labour law
- Contribute to HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement
- Support recruitment processes and onboarding coordination as required
- Prepare and manage monthly Swiss payroll, in-house or with external providers
- Ensure payroll accuracy for salaries, bonuses, benefits, and deductions
- Manage social security, pension schemes (LPP), accident and sickness insurance, withholding taxes
- Respond to payroll-related employee inquiries with confidentiality
- Maintain payroll records and documentation
- Ensure payroll compliance, deadlines, and reporting requirements
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3-7 years of experience in a Swiss HR Generalist role, including hands-on payroll
- Experience in an international or matrix organisation
- Solid practical knowledge of Swiss labour law and payroll processes (mandatory)
- Degree or professional certification in HR, Payroll, Business Administration, or related field
- Confidentiality and professionalism
- Effective communication with employees and managers
- Attention to detail
