Consultant - Campaign Optimisation (M/F) in Genève

Overview

In this role you will support the design and implementation of frameworks and tools to boost programme effectiveness and efficiency within a fast-paced, international setting. You will analyse programmes, develop content and guidance, and coordinate across diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities. You’ll contribute to monitoring approaches and define performance indicators, delivering clear, high-quality outputs for internal and external audiences. This position offers exposure to strategic global initiatives and a chance to shape cross-regional programme optimisation.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Develop operational frameworks, guidelines and methodologies
• Improve programme effectiveness through structured analysis and recommendations
• Produce written deliverables (guidance, frameworks, reports) and create presentations for stakeholders
• Contribute to monitoring and evaluation approaches and indicator definitions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners across regions
• Facilitate information sharing and cross-workstream alignment

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Advanced degree in public health, global health or related field
• Proven experience in international programmes or complex global environments
• Strong analytical and excellent writing skills
• Experience in project coordination and multi-stakeholder environments
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in dynamic, multicultural settings
• Fluent English; French a plus
