Overview

In this role you will support the development, coordination and implementation of initiatives to strengthen preparedness and response capabilities across international stakeholders. You will operate within a global health security function, working with governments, international organizations and partners. You help shape strategic recommendations, monitor progress and deliver practical tools to improve health emergency response. This position offers impact across multi-stakeholder environments, with a focus on scalable, field-ready solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Programme & Project Management: support the implementation of strategic initiatives, coordinate activities across internal teams and external stakeholders, monitor deliverables, timelines, risks and dependencies
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination: collaborate with governments, international organisations and partners, facilitate cross-workstream coordination, prepare briefings and decision-support materials
  • Strategic Support & Analysis: conduct research and analysis to support programme development, contribute to strategic plans and operational approaches, support monitoring and reporting
  • Operational Delivery: develop tools, guidance and frameworks, support implementation tracking and continuous improvement initiatives

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Advanced degree in Public Health, Global Health, International Development, Health Policy or related field
  • Experience in global health, emergency preparedness, health security or international development programmes
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Experience in international and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an asset
