Overview
As HR Manager at PSI, you will shape a global People Strategy aligned with PSI’s political priorities and mission. You’ll partner with the SMT to guide organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent management across regions. You will lead cross-border HR operations, policy development, and social dialogue with unions to strengthen resilience and engagement. This role offers the chance to drive change, build scalable HR processes, and influence a mission-driven public service network.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and implement a global People Strategy aligned with PSI's priorities and values
- Advise SMT on people-related matters, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent management
- Lead organisational design, change management, and policies to boost engagement and resilience
- Oversee global HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, lifecycle, and compliance across locations
- Manage global HR systems, records, reporting, and people analytics
- Lead global workforce and succession planning, learning and leadership development
- Oversee performance management and promote continuous learning and accountability
- Champion DEI, wellbeing, safety, duty of care, and social dialogue with unions
- Serve as global HR Business Partner to managers and staff across offices
- Lead compensation and benefits design, headcount planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Collaborate with Finance on HR cost planning and financial reporting
- Support managers with data-driven HR guidance and decision-making
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years in a senior personnel management role within a membership-based organisation, trade unions, or equivalent
- Experience in strategic planning at management level
- Experience rolling out new HR policies in atypical organisations
- Ability to coordinate with geographically dispersed stakeholders and lead small teams
- Experience with HRIS and staff management information tools
- Experience working in an international environment
- UK English is assumed; French and Spanish desirable
