Overview
As Group Finance Manager you will bridge the CFO and accounting teams to strengthen and scale financial operations. You’ll establish robust processes, a quarterly consolidation framework, and stronger internal controls, enabling reliable reporting across the growing group. Over time you’ll help develop FP&A and controlling capabilities to position Finance as a true business partner for operations and leadership. This role offers hands-on leadership in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment with high visibility to senior management.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and implement month-end and year-end closing processes across the group
- Establish quarterly consolidation and management reporting across entities
- Ensure timely production of accurate financial information and KPIs for executive decisions
- Lead accounting operations in Geneva and international subsidiaries and harmonize processes
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors and advisors
- Oversee tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax, transfer pricing) and treasury in a multi-currency setup
- Evaluate, implement and enhance finance tools and systems; drive finance transformation and automation
- Develop foundations of FP&A and business partnering to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic decisions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8+ years of finance/accounting experience in international, multi-entity environments
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong understanding of tax matters including VAT, corporate tax, transfer pricing
- Experience leading teams and driving finance transformation initiatives
- Swiss experience is required
- Proficiency in French and English
- Proven reporting, consolidation, and audit management experience
