Overview
In this role you lead and shape the Swiss HR function within a major German group, driving people strategy across multiple sites. You partner with senior leadership to align HR with Group objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong employer brand. You will manage a 12‑person team, tackle complex employee relations, and drive performance and talent development in a multicultural, German‑speaking environment. This role offers strategic impact with international exposure and visible leadership responsibility.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead and develop the Swiss HR team of 12 across multiple sites
- Define and implement Swiss HR strategy aligned with Group objectives
- Act as subject‑matter expert on Swiss labour law and ensure legal compliance
- Advise management on complex employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Strengthen employer branding and drive engagement, experience, and retention initiatives
- Manage employee relations in Switzerland with authority and pragmatism
- Interface with German HQ and international stakeholders
- Promote HR as a contributor to business performance, culture, and reputation
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 10-15+ years of progressive HR experience including senior leadership
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour and employment law
- Proven track record leading HR teams and driving change in complex organisations
- Experience in international and matrix environments (asset)
- Fluency in French (working language) and German (professional) and strong English
