Overview
Senior leader for a securities operations team within a Geneva private bank, driving efficient transfers, settlements, and asset servicing. You will oversee risk controls and KPI/KRI tracking to ensure reliable service and compliance, while shaping process improvements and regulatory initiatives. The role partners with custodians, transfer agents, and internal stakeholders to sustain operational excellence and staff development. This is a strategic, impact-focused leadership position in a dynamic banking environment.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead a team responsible for securities transfer activities across traditional and alternative asset classes
- Oversee daily securities transfers, funds registrations, settlements, reconciliations and asset servicing
- Maintain strong risk and control environment and ensure timely, accurate processing
- Drive process improvements, performance monitoring, and adoption of best practices
- Develop and monitor KPIs and KRIs for service delivery and risk control
- Serve as main point of contact for internal stakeholders, custodians, transfer agents, and external partners
- Support strategic initiatives, regulatory changes, and operational projects
- Foster coaching, mentorship, and staff development to build a high-performing team
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Extensive experience in Securities Operations, Custody, Asset Servicing, Transfer Agency, Funds Operations or related banking operations
- Proven management experience leading operational teams in a banking environment
- Strong knowledge of securities transfers, custody services, mutual funds, and alternative investments
- Excellent understanding of operational risk, controls and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and manage operational change
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions
- Fluency in French and English
- Swiss residency is mandatory
