Overview

In this role you will lead the evolution of HR systems and people analytics within an international organisation undergoing a People function transformation. You will own HRIS architecture, data governance, and reporting, enabling data-driven decision making across multiple countries. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and external partners to streamline processes and scale insights. This is a hands-on, strategic role that shapes HR data capabilities and operates at the intersection of systems, data, and HR practice.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Own the HR systems landscape, ensuring stability and ongoing enhancement
  • Expand and structure the HRIS environment post-implementation phase
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align systems with evolving HR priorities
  • Develop workforce data and dashboards to support leadership decision making
  • Improve core HR processes for clarity, efficiency and scalability
  • Coordinate HR transformation topics with planning across short-, mid-, long-term cycles
  • Act as a main liaison between HR, Finance, IT and external partners
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and adherence to data protection frameworks

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • 7+ years of experience in HR systems, HR data, people analytics or HR transformation
  • Strong hands-on experience with a modern HRIS solution (Workday strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to work at the intersection of data, systems and HR topics
  • Experience building or structuring HR reporting and dashboards
  • Comfortable operating in international, matrix environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Autonomous, proactive and structured approach
  • Fluent English; French is a plus
