Overview

In this role you own and drive the HR technology platform within a multinational setting. You will lead HRIS projects, optimize system performance, and guide stakeholders across HR, IT, and external partners. You’ll define the functional roadmap and implement enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience. This is an opportunity to shape global HR processes and support transformational initiatives.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Manage HRIS operations and support, including incident management and stakeholder coordination
  • Lead release management, testing, deployment, and communication of system updates
  • Drive continuous improvement by prioritizing enhancements and tailoring the HRIS to evolving business needs
  • Contribute to project delivery through functional leadership on integrations and governance
  • Produce functional specifications and validate deliverables; participate in steering committees and workshops

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Strong experience with enterprise HRIS platforms
  • Proven track record in HRIS project delivery and transformation programs
  • Experience with system configuration, testing and release management
  • Understanding of core HR processes (employee data, talent, learning, compensation, workforce administration)
  • Ability to write functional requirements and business specifications
  • Familiarity with ticketing and service management tools
  • Strong reporting, analytics and dashboarding capabilities
  • Experience coordinating external vendors and support partners
