Overview
In this interim role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment while acting as a trusted HR advisor. You’ll partner with managers to forecast workforce needs, source and assess candidates, and manage offers to ensure a smooth hiring journey. You’ll also support employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning, contributing to HR projects and policy implementation. This position combines hands-on recruitment with strategic HR partnering in a hospitality-focused environment, offering meaningful impact on talent and culture.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from role definition to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to align on workforce needs and priorities
- Source, assess and interview candidates via direct search, networks, referrals and traditional channels
- Coordinate selection processes and manage offer preparation and negotiations
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the journey
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and strategic roles
- Advise managers on hiring decisions and market trends
- Act as HR advisor to managers across the business and support employee relations
- Assist with performance management, development, and talent retention
- Participate in HR process improvements and HR projects; support reporting and analytics
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal procedures
- Monitor employee engagement and propose actions
- Contribute to change management and organizational initiatives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience in recruitment and generalist HR responsibilities
- Strong track record in 360 recruitment and stakeholder management
- Hospitality, luxury, service-oriented or customer-centric experience is advantageous
- Fluent in French and English
