Overview
In this role you drive the translation of business needs into technological solutions within an international, agile setting. You act as the liaison between stakeholders and IT, shaping clear requirements and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will facilitate cross‑functional workshops, support solution design, and maintain end‑to‑end traceability to deliver high‑quality IT outcomes. This position offers impact across global teams and opportunities to influence process improvements in a multinational environment.

- Collaborate with global business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Support design, development, and implementation of IT solutions aligned with business objectives
- Work with Product Owners, Developers, and QA in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
- Create and maintain business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements and validate delivered solutions against expectations
- Support testing activities including UAT and contribute to QA
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes and IT solutions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Experience in international companies and global/multicultural environments
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
- Ability to work with distributed teams across time zones
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Solid understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and integration concepts
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
