Overview
In this role you will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams in a global, Agile environment. You will translate complex business needs into actionable functional and technical specs, leveraging prior development experience to ensure feasible, aligned solutions. You will facilitate cross-regional workshops, craft clear documentation, and support iterative delivery with Product Owners, Developers, and QA. You’ll contribute to testing and continuous improvement initiatives, shaping how the organization scales its IT capabilities in an international setting.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Act as bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams across international locations
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from global stakeholders
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Leverage prior development experience to ensure feasibility and technical alignment of solutions
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams in different regions
- Write high-quality documentation including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams in an Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Support development teams by clarifying requirements and removing ambiguities
- Contribute to testing strategies, including UAT, and validate delivered functionalities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Technical Business Analyst with prior software development background
- Strong understanding of software development processes, architectures, and system integrations
- Experience in international/global, distributed environments
- Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
