Overview
In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll for employees across three Swiss cantons, ensuring compliance with tax and social security rules. You will work with HR, finance, and external partners to optimize payroll processes and maintain accurate data. Your impact includes supporting audits, producing payroll reports, and driving system improvements. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across three cantons
- Ensure compliance with Swiss payroll regulations, tax and social security
- Handle payroll inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external partners
- Maintain and update employee payroll data in the system
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required
- Contribute to payroll process improvements and system optimization
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Proven experience in payroll administration in Switzerland
- Background in fiduciary/treuhand environment valued, or strong in-house payroll experience
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security, and taxation
- Experience with ERP systems
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams
- Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus
