Overview
In this role you will support high-net-worth client portfolios within a multi-family office. You work closely with investment professionals to monitor, rebalance, and report on portfolios, while ensuring clients receive timely and professional service. You will prepare materials for meetings, communicate performance and decisions, and maintain accurate records. This role combines client coverage, portfolio execution, and data-driven reporting in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Client Coverage & Relationship Management: prepare for client meetings, act as a trusted contact, and communicate portfolio updates and performance.
- Portfolio Management & Implementation: assist in monitoring portfolios, propose rebalancing, and support construction and ongoing management.
- Trade Execution & Operational Oversight: coordinate trade instructions, monitor execution, and maintain documentation and controls.
- Reporting & Data Management: validate holdings and valuations, coordinate with custodians, and produce client reports and updates.
- Investment Support: conduct portfolio-related analyses, assist with due diligence, and support investment opportunities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a family office, private bank, wealth management, or related environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ownership, accountability, and task completion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of portfolio management principles and financial markets
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience using Bloomberg and other financial market tools
- Familiarity with portfolio reporting systems (e.g., QPLIX, DAPM) is advantageous
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
- CFA Level I completed or in progress
