SAP FI/CO Architect or Manager in Genève

Overview

In this role you will lead and shape SAP FI/CO solutions across a global landscape to support accurate financial closing and reporting. You will align Finance, Controlling, and Tax requirements with scalable SAP architectures, focusing on end-to-end R2R processes. You’ll mentor cross-functional analysts, drive design and testing, and ensure governance and alignment with global standards. Verantwortungsbereiche

• Design and maintain end-to-end R2R in SAP FI/CO
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions
• Lead project activities: requirements, blueprinting, design, and testing
• Create functional specs for developments and enhancements; coordinate UAT
• Provide training and documentation; manage releases and change control
• Oversee AMS support and incident resolution; monitor performance and continuity
• Develop and maintain the SAP Finance roadmap; manage timelines and resources

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Minimum 10 years of SAP experience (implementation, rollout, support)
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
• Strong hands-on SAP FI/CO expertise covering GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, MDN, financial closing
• University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, IS
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment
• Experience in governance, change management, and production release planning
