Overview
In this role you will lead and shape SAP FI/CO solutions across a global landscape to support accurate financial closing and reporting. You will align Finance, Controlling, and Tax requirements with scalable SAP architectures, focusing on end-to-end R2R processes. You’ll mentor cross-functional analysts, drive design and testing, and ensure governance and alignment with global standards. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and maintain end-to-end R2R in SAP FI/CO
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions
- Lead project activities: requirements, blueprinting, design, and testing
- Create functional specs for developments and enhancements; coordinate UAT
- Provide training and documentation; manage releases and change control
- Oversee AMS support and incident resolution; monitor performance and continuity
- Develop and maintain the SAP Finance roadmap; manage timelines and resources
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 10 years of SAP experience (implementation, rollout, support)
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
- Strong hands-on SAP FI/CO expertise covering GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, MDN, financial closing
- University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, IS
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment
- Experience in governance, change management, and production release planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Leadership and collaboration in multicultural teams
