Senior Corporate Counsel - (International Projects) in Genève

Overview

As In-house Counsel, you partner with business leaders and project teams to guide contractual and commercial decisions. You will support large-scale construction projects by assessing legal risk and coordinating with stakeholders. You review complex business arrangements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors and help resolve project-related legal issues. • Act as a trusted legal partner to business leaders and project teams, guiding on contractual and commercial matters
• Support execution of large-scale projects by advising on legal risk, stakeholder obligations, and contractual commitments
• Review and structure various business arrangements with clients, suppliers, partners, and subcontractors
• Contribute to resolving complex legal issues during project delivery, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Master's degree in Law (Swiss qualification or equivalent)
• Several years of experience as in-house or legal counsel in construction/engineering/infrastructure/energy/industrial sectors
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and project-related legal issues
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
• Bar admission is an asset
